By registering and attending this professional development, you agree to the terms and conditions laid out below:
Material

Neural Education is the exclusive owner of all presentations and reserves all rights. Any and all use of any material outside this course must have the express written permission from Neural Education. Alumni of this course are given permission to use the material in the following way:

Only those certified through Neural Education may teach Neural Education courses or teach under the Neural Education name.

Specific Permissions based on Development Programs: Basic & Advanced Institute Alumni - have permission to use and present the Intro Presentations found on the Alumni page of Neural Education's webpage.
Waiver of Likeness
You hereby grant Neural Education permission to the rights of your image, likeness, sound of your voice, as recorded on audio or video without payment or any other consideration. You understand that your image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein your likeness appears. Additionally, you waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of your image or recording. You also understand that this material may be used in diverse educational settings within an unrestricted geographic area.
